Cardio Dance – TUESDAYS 9:30-10:15am
Channel your inner dancer in this 45-minute workout. Easy-to-learn steps that are tailored to tone every muscle in your body guide you through class. With an upbeat playlist, these classes are sure to make you smile…and delightfully sore. Never danced before? Never fear! Cardio dance is for anyone and everyone.

HIIT & Sculpting – WEDNESDAYS – 9:30-10:15am
High Intensity Interval Training is one of the most popular ways to burn fat, improve endurance and build strength – and we’re bringing it to you! This workout alternates between intense bursts of activity and short periods of rest all stacked on top of each other for 45 minutes. Science says that not only do you burn more calories during a HIIT workout, but also in the 24 hours after a HIIT workout than you would after a steady-paced run. We like those stats.

If cancellations are necessary, we will post them on Facebook and Twitter. For the winter weather, if Hudson City Schools cancels, our morning/afternoon classes will also be cancelled. Evening classes will be TBD by 2pm.
